Mindfulness Evening at Amarant

How do I get started with something I’ve never tried before? That’s one of the questions we’ll be getting some answers to when organizing a cold-water dipping evening.

In addition to hearing experienced cold-water dippers Jóhannu Johannesen, Asta Poulsen, and Marjun Eltør Peteren share their experiences, Sølvá J. Joensen will also provide some good advice on how we can develop new positive habits.

Dania O. Tausen will play some tunes, and there will be a refreshing snack from Amarant.

Earlier this year, Dania O. Tausen won “Release of the Year” for the music release “yes/no – and the rest of the week,” so it promises to be a cozy evening, which might give some inexperienced cold-water dippers the courage to dip in Borðoyarvík after the event.

The event will be conducted in Faroese and starts at 8:00 p.m. It costs 150 kr.
