Their latest single Home Is Where You Are will be released on April 11th, when they will perform in Varpið in Klaksvík.

Most Faroese people have heard of Claus Christensen, especially from his well-known show Demenskoret, which is broadcast on DR. Claus Christensen is an experienced Danish choir conductor who has spent many years showing how music can strengthen the connection and quality of life for people with dementia. Using song as a tool, he has helped people to remember, live, and be together.

“Nothing brings me greater joy than getting people to sing and be together. When voices unite in harmony, we experience the magic of community and belonging. Music creates unforgettable moments, and for over 25 years, I’ve developed methods to make that happen,” says Claus Christensen when asked about the inspiration for Demenskoret.

Nordic Music Camp
The Nordic Music Camp is a Nordic songwriting camp for musicians from all over the Nordic countries. This year, they are gathering on Viðareiði in the Faroe Islands to create new pop music.
