Stutt um spælið:

– Tað eru 5-8 íðkarar á hvørjum liðið, einans 5 á vøllið í senn.

– Tað verður spælt á 2/3 vøllið.

– Tað verður spælt við bleytum bólti, uttan harpiks.

Venjing er fríggjakvøld kl. 19:00-20:00 í KÍ høllini

Venjingin verður skipað av hondbóltsvenjara. Vit koma at hava tað stuttligt saman, sveitta saman, flenna saman, og sjálvandi spæla eina rúgvu av hondbólti.

At hava við: Innandura skógvar, dunk og ítróttarklæðir.

Tað er bara at møta upp

Experienced or not – everyone aged 30+ is welcome!

The game is called 5-A-SIDE.

A bit about the game:

• Each team has 5–8 players, but only 5 are on the court at a time.
• The game is played on two-thirds of a standard court.
• It’s played with a soft ball, and no resin is allowed.

Practice:
Friday evenings, 19:00–20:00 in the KÍ Hall

The training is led by a handball coach. We’ll have fun together, sweat together, laugh together — and, of course, play lots of handball!

Bring: indoor shoes, a water bottle, and sportswear.

Just show up — everyone is welcome!

This offer is not for players who currently play in the top or second division in the Faroe Islands.
