About This Space:
Welcome to Bakkastova, a charming house accommodating up to 6 guests.
Located in the quaint village of Syðradalur, accessing the house requires a ferry ride from Klaksvík (20 min).
The ground floor features a kitchen equipped with standard facilities, a living room divided into two cozy areas, each with tables and sofas, and a bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs, you’ll find 2 bedrooms. One bedroom includes 1 double bed and 1 single bed, while the other offers 1 single bed and a pull-out bed, providing sleeping space for two.
The Space:
Nestled in Syðradalur, just 150 meters from the ferry to Klakksvík and the island bus, our house offers tranquility and serenity. A small river flows beside the house, enhancing the peaceful ambiance.
Guest Access:
Enjoy full access to the middle and top floors of the house. The bottom floor (cellar) is a communal area accessible to guests from all our locations in Kalsoy, including you. In the cellar, you’ll find washing facilities.
Other Things to Note:
Please ensure the hot water is turned on in the cellar if it’s not already activated.
