Visit North accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, Mastercard.

Payment will only be debited from your account once the physical item is dispatched or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

Amount Reservation

When using debit or credit cards, an amount equivalent to the transaction will be reserved. This amount will be held until the webshop has processed and dispatched your order. Upon dispatch, the money will be withdrawn from your account. The reservation period depends on the product/service.

Debit Card Authorization

With debit cards, you will see that the money is reserved in your account, and your available balance will reflect this reservation. If you or the webshop subsequently cancels your order, the webshop cannot withdraw the money, but the reservation will remain for a period. Note that only your bank (or card issuer) can cancel the reservation.

Credit Card Authorization

The money will only be debited from your account and reflected in your statement when the webshop processes and debits the payment for your order.

All amounts on the website include VAT. The website uses the following currency for pricing: Denmark – Kroner (DKK)

Delivery The delivery time for your order is 1-3 days.

Right of Withdrawal A full 14-day right of withdrawal is granted for goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14-day period starts the day the order is delivered.

You are responsible for any return costs.

Requests for withdrawal must be communicated to us within 14 days after delivery and must be in our possession no later than 14 days after we are informed of your exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Requests to exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent via email to The message must clearly indicate your desire to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Condition of the Goods upon Return You are responsible for any depreciation in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. This means that you may try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item has been used beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that upon withdrawal of the purchase, you may receive a partial or no refund of the purchase amount. It is up to Visit North to assess the condition of the item.

Warranty Claims A 2-year warranty is provided for products in accordance with Danish law. The warranty covers all defects in software, material, and workmanship.

Claims regarding defects and deficiencies must be reported to Visit North within a reasonable time after receiving the item. Two months is considered a reasonable time unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

The warranty claim is void in case of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.

Visit North covers return costs to a reasonable extent.

Complaints A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to The House of Committees, the Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaint Portal for The House of Committees. The Mediation Team will attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation, and if mediation fails to find a solution, you can bring the complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board.

As a rule, it is a prerequisite for complaints that the product or service you wish to complain about costs at least 1,110 DKK and at most 100,000 DKK. For complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must be at least 720 DKK as a starting point. The monetary limits may be changed. You must pay a fee to have the complaint processed.
