The apartments in the boathouses are spacious on every 80 m2, and they are equipped with all modern amenities. In terms of design, the focus is on giving you a good overall experience, while the details are thoroughly thought out.
The boathouses are located by the water in a peaceful environment, with stunning views, consisting of high mountains, bird life and other things that can be seen and experienced on the balcony.
The space
In addition to the unique views, you can also enjoy the peace, the fresh air, as well as the very pleasant sounds of the balcony. The location on the west side of Klaksvík is unique, with panoramic views of Kalsoy, Kunoy and Borðoy.
The apartments are built with sustainability in focus and are bright with large window facades. Oil is not used for heating. On the contrary, heating and ventilation systems have been established, with optimal use of energy.
In each apartment there are two bedrooms, a loft, toilet/bath, kitchen and living room, and there are sleeping places for a total of 6 people. In the living/kitchen area it is possible to connect the two apartments in a larger rental, so that there is room for 12 people. Therefore, both occasions are also suitable for larger groups.
Included in the rental are: Wifi, TV (satellite dish, Viaplay and Netflix), bed sheets, towels, hair shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. In addition, coffee, tea, spices and oils for cooking are included in the price. In addition, there is free use of a cot, chair, hairdryer, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Access to the boathouses is provided by walking 25 meters along a good path from the parking lot, after which there is a staircase with 18 steps down to the main entrance.
