About this space
The space
The boat house is only 2 m from the ocean and it has a spectacular view, where you can lay back in the sofa and enjoy a cup of coffee, the or what ever you want. You can also go out on the patio and listen to the waves, birds and the local fishing boats.
This is a boathouse and you can’t drive to the door. However from the parking lot is a pat down to the boathouse. As the photo shows.
The hot water is heated up by an electric heater.
For a shower it will last about 5-10 minutes.
if it’s empty you need to wait for about 15 minutes and then you have hot water again.
When you use the shower, we recommend that you don’t use the hot water in the kitchen at the same time.
Only two minutes from the boathouse there’s a bakery where you can sit down and eat your breakfast or take your breakfast back to the boat house.
A grocery store is just on the other side of the main road.
There’s also a great gym, a wonderful swimming hall, a football stadium and other activities five minutes walk away.
The local yellow bus is free of charge and drives around the city every 30 min. One buss stop is only 2 min away from the Boathouse.
Guest access
The guests have full access of everything in the house. There are two bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with four single beds. There’s a full toilet with shower.
In the main room there’s a fully equipped kitchen. There’s also a sitting area where you can enjoy the food, or use it as a work place.
There are two sofas and books and games that you are welcome to enjoy.
The patio is one of the best places to be early in the morning on a sunny day watching the sun rise and just a peacefulness from the ocean view of the mountain.
